What is the best method to reach you for assistance?
Please use the contact me link at the top of this page. If you need help logging in please provide your first and last name and email. I do not check Facebook or Yahoo posts. You will need to contact me through my website. Email support available. I try to answer emails with 24 hours. orders@juliasneedledesigns.com
Do you offer hand embroidery designs?
No. The designs that I offer are for machine embroidery only. You must have an embroidery machine to sew out the designs.
What embroidery formats do you offer?
On each design page you will find the formats offered. Generally, I offer dst, exp, jef, hus, pes, shv, vip, vp3 and xxx. Many are being converted to art format and will be added soon.
What size hoop do you offer?
On each design page you will find the hoop size offered for that set. Generally, I offer 4x4, 5x7 6x10 and larger sizes for block designs.
I only have 4x4 hoop size. Can I reduce your larger designs to fit?
I do not ever recommend reducing any designs more that 3 percent. I want you to have a wonderful sew out and I cannot guarantee the quality if you alter or resize the designs more than that.
Where can I find the color charts for my order?
Color charts are available on the webpage as a download link or included in the zipped file. I am in the process of adding all color charts to the web pages.
How to I print a photo? How do I open a photo?

What brand of stabilizer do you recommend?
I only use Sulky. Proper stabilizing is so IMPORTANT. Don't skimp. Please visit their website for stabilizer and guides.

What brand of thread do you recommend?
I use Madeira and Robinson Anton.
How do I order? How do I receive my order?
Ordering is simple and easy. Once you have selected a design set just add it to the shopping cart. When you are ready to check out you can select two options: Paypal Express for those with paypal accounts or the credit card option. Once the order process is complete you will be returned back to the download page to auto download your designs. You will also be sent an email with download links as well. Make sure you have your pop up blocker turned off. Please add orders@juliasneedledesigns.com to your email contacts to prevent emails being blocked.
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TO THE EMAIL THAT YOU USE TO MAKE PAYMENT WITH. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER THAT EMAIL TO ACCESS YOUR ORDERS.

I ordered using my IPAD? I cannot download my order? Why?
All IPAD users can download by using a program called https://www.dropbox.com Or you can access your download link by regular PC.

Are your designs in zipped format? How do I access a zipped file?
Yes, all designs will be in a zipped file format for auto download. Once downloaded you can access the file by right clicking the saved file and opening with Windows Explorer. Your computer may have an auto extract program built in. Check your computer help menu for more information.

I placed an order but is not in my history?
Please make sure that you sign in before you order. This will create a history of your order in the database. If you forget to log in please do not worry. Orders before 2017 are no longer in my database. In rare instances where the website experiences a crash the order may not record or record correctly.
Can you add my order to my history?
Please make sure that you sign in before you order as I am not able to manually add an order to your history. I do keep records of all purchases up to two years if you need them.
I cannot log in. It says that my email is already in use?

I ordered duplicate designs. Can you refund?
THIS SHOPPING CART DOES NOT ALERT FOR DUPLICATE ORDERS. PLEASE ORDER WISELY. NO REFUNDS.
I will be happy to substitute any duplication within 7 days only. Just email with your selections.

Do you offer custom digitizing?
No. At this time I do not. I will take special requests though.
May I share your designs with my friends to save money?
No. That is illegal and really just not very nice. My prices are so low that almost everyone can afford my designs. I offer tons of free designs and regularly offer free sets. So really there is no reason to share. So please don't. I will find out and you will be placed on an industry ban list.

- You are purchasing machine embroidery designs. These are not hand embroidery or SVG.
- Once your order is complete you will return to a download page.
- You will also receive a backup email with download links. (Yahoo and Gmail will bounce my emails)
- Please check your email spam and trash folders.
- You must download the file to your computer, unzip the file and have a way to transfer the design/s to your embroidery machine.
- All design formats and sizes are included in a single zip file, PDF or image.
- Duplicated a design? This cart does not alert for duplicate orders or past purchases.
- However, a store credit, substitution or refund will be made at the sellers discretion within seven days of purchase.
- Bundle Offer duplicates are not eligible.
